Unless they have their mod emails forwarded to their personal accounts, they'll probably never see it. Unless they say to email them in their mod contact, PMing them or replying to an FAQ/mod contact post is probably a better bet (I've seen a lot of TDMs have question subthreads too as the first comment, so if that exists, direct your question there).
