anything and everything appreciated! i've only played the games, so i'm trying to find where to watch the anime or...wherever his sister actually shows up i guess??? i don't know anything about the series besides the games whoops

His sister shows up in a couple of elthe earlier DR3 episodes. I think it's Despair 2 and 3.

his sister appears in the dangan ronpa 3 despair side, which is a prequel to DR2. it... doesn't really focus a lot on the dr2 kids however, with the exception of hinata and nanami (it's more about how junko took over hope peak academy) so skipping it wouldn't like be the end of the world.

that said i played him a few years ago so i'm digging out the cobwebs of my brain on this.

-fuyuhiko has something of a napoleon complex about his appearance, but don't let that be the sole focus of why he's so aggressive either. a lot of his pride and aggression is tied to his family background, as he's the heir apparent of one of the largest yakuza clans in the DR-verse. his upbringing was undoubtedly a tough one and he carries a chip on his shoulder over it. a lot of that is tempered later in the game (particularly around chapter 3, as he begins his path of atonement over what happened in chapter 2) but he still has a lot of rough edges.

-he's very all bark, little bite. truth is he's a very kind person, but has to play up being a tough bastard who would kill anyone in his way as a defense mechanism. when he falls to despair that changes, but at normal he doesn't have the brutality in him to follow-up on his threats. it's debatable how much he intended to hurt mahiru in their meeting, though he certainly had the capability if we take the re-telling of his sister's death in twilight syndrome as 100% accurate.

-has a very old school code of honor. the guy tried to commit seppuku in front of everyone after recovering because that's how yakuza atone for their sins. always stands up for his true friends, because he definitely doesn't have many at all given his distrusting nature and overall angry demeanor. and when he finds out hinata and mikan slept in the same bed he flips out and chides them for being indecent, so he's pretty much an old man in a teen body.

i doubt i covered everything and all. best advice i guess i can give is that you won't net a lot of positive CR right away given his character type, but once he does make friends with someone he's very warm to them. i suggest you go through his free time events (they're probably on youtube if you didn't see them all in game) to get a sense of his finer qualities.

I think it'd still be good to have motives but you'd have to be careful about how they're done; for example, killing hostages as a motive probably isn't going to take you in the direction you want to go, but a secrets motive could be good: ultimately intervention points bring us to a place where characters trust each other enough not to murder someone for their secret (assuming an intervention point is met) and it fosters development for the next week.

The other thing is that you'd want to have the murders plotted out a couple weeks in advanced, probably, so the cases and the intervention points are all rock solid.

I'm really intrigued though!! I'd be really interested in seeing this idea in a murdergame.

A student (15+) has been doing cam work in order to pay his bills and earn a little extra spending money, keeping himself anonymous in the process. Someone he knows (could be a friend, classmate, sibling or other relative, teacher, etc.) is a huge fan of his, but doesn't realize who the camboy is until he accidentally and briefly shows his face during a life feed. The fan is excited to realize that he already knows his favorite model in person and confronts him shortly afterwards.

From there, I'm open to any sort of direction for the thread. The fan could sincerely pursue him for a genuine relationship, offer to be his full-time sugar daddy, blackmail him into compliance (and either succeed or have it turned around on him), or any number of other options.

I'd like to play the camboy, but I can play him as either dominant or submissive. Otherwise, I'm not picky about mediums, but strongly prefer drawn PBs or iconless journals for underage characters. OCs and canon characters both okay. Send a PM to memesgotmemes if this sounds like your thing!
