It says on their apps page that they'll reopen apps if the game drops below 35 players. I'm not sure I'd call that a musebox. It just seems like a game with a cap. Most games with caps open and close for apps based on players dropping.

Seems like futurology, where new players can come in as old players drop, minus a wait queue.
