I've been considering him for a while but there's a few concerns I have trying to write him out. I'm not sure how one balances coming to peace with himself as a cyborg and the statements of feeling an outcast. Some minor details too like when he joined Overwatch specifically because he doesn't seem like he has as close of ties to super early/founding members save for Mercy.

As a shot in the dark question: what are other people's ideas on any sense of feeling he may have? I've seen a few debates on perhaps some of what remains of his human body could still have touch and the cybernetics may only be able to feel pressure and tension. I'm curious what other rpers think.
