speaking as someone who knew him, i'm honestly not surprised by this. he's very careful about what he says in public and even what he says in private, although he's a little less guarded in the latter. he generally surrounds himself with people who think he's funny and sort of just wave off any behaviour with wink wink, oh that's our seth!!! the second he thinks that someone might be having reservations about him, he cuts them off before they can get any deets.
