Exactly. It's a closed-loop system, so the only time the coolant could escape would be if a hose ruptured. Other than that, keeping the radiator and fans dust-free is the only maintenance that I've had to perform.
The one thing that I'd be careful to account for is your computer's case size. While the Corsair heatsinks are easy to put into your machine, they take up more space than a fan by itself. If your tower doesn't have enough room to fit it in, you're investing around $100 in a very ungainly paperweight. Definitely make sure that the radiator will fit in your case before you commit to it.
