it's how most of the game's events happen, but painting it as a choice when a specific outcome has been obvious since we started plotting two weeks ago is sigh worthy at best.
i don't mind most of the event as its presented. i just wish we hadn't all wasted two weeks plotting for an outcome and plotted failure that was going to happen regardless. if you're going to lead us to the outcome you want anyway, just do that.
