Late to the party, but one of the best pieces of advice I ever got is to use something from all the senses. Every few lines, switch senses and throw in some little detail about what your character is experiencing. The texture of the blankets, the smell of soap or cologne, little stuff like that.

This goes for any writing, not just smut, but it definitely makes smut sexier imo
