Hanzo is also a sniper character. instead of a scope, he has a ricochet shot and never has to reload (bows don't have ammo clips)
I would guess Soldier: 76 would be the third that calls for accuracy, since he's closest to a traditional shooter character and you need to understand how to aim his rifle to do much. (especially with spread mechanics, spraying and praying can get lucky but isn't terribly effective)
I'd also say aim is useful for McCree. If you aren't close enough to make his fan the hammer effective, you're going to need to aim his revolver. (but that said, mccree seems most frustrating to your enemies when you're good at either sneaking up on or stunning them to deal burst damage, so aiming single shots still might not be the focus of your practice)
