Swimming regularly is probably going to be your best bet, and there are often half-price nights at local pools/rec centers.
I tried running for a while but found that the complications were tricky (knees not so good.)
I'd google core-toning exercises and find a place to do reps every morning or night. Throw some rest days in there, too. You're going to be squeezing your ass and belly a lot; tends to help.
Don't forget to work on making the diet healthy and sustainable at the same time. I got stupid and started eating like a largo while working out and therefore have not lost a single pound. (Though I haven't gained, either, and most of it seems to be going to muscles, so that's not bad.)
Oh! If you're a little older, working your triceps may help with the arm jiggle. That part is harder to tone ime, for some reason.
