HEY RPERS idk if I'm late to the party on this but after like ten million years of only finding youtube videos that showcased five-per-character unlockable voice lines and absolutely nothing else, I finally managed to find an actual soundboard. It's missing some stuff (some location commentary and character interactions, from what I can tell), but it's got a lot of mid-game miscellaneous chatter that I haven't been able to find outside of like.
