A Gravity Falls AU fic where Stan fell through the portal instead of Ford, and Ford had his memory erased and then, after fixing the portal, he sat around indecisively for about fifteen years instead of opening it again. Then the series happens.

I read it because it probably has the best characterization of Ford I've seen from a fic of this particular AU, but it makes that common mistake of writing all the episodes out nearly word for word with only minor changes, so that's made it pretty boring since the Mystery Twins showed up. I'm hoping that changes once Stan shows up again.
