eudio is the game equivalent of tfln. we've already established this. that doesn't make it proof that dwrp is healthy, or in any way as active as ljrp was back in its glory days. as much as i'm sure you love sol and are perfectly satisfied by sol, there is also (and i need you to stay with me on this one) a sizable contigent for whom it is not satisfying. the point i made about memebells and eudio seems to have been lost on you, so i'll say it more clearly for your benefit: eudio is not for everyone, nor is it even for the majority. it is for sol lovers, a not-insignificant percentage of dwrp's population but by no means the majority (or hell, it might be the majority NOW, but it wasn't once, nor should it be). as for your point about cdc/ryslig/each, they all collapsed or are in the process of collapsing due to being wankpits. their size alone isn't an excuse, none of them is or was larger than the supergiant games of yesteryear even at their peak
after all these words i think we've pretty much come full circle. you're a game person who insulates yourself from dwrp's shrinkage by sticking to games. and if that's what makes you happy, then more power to you. but your ranting and raving about eudio being the best thing since unicorn giggles doesn't make it any more appealing to anyone not interested in the mindless sol rp it offers, nor is it comfort to the not-insignificant portion of dwrp who don't do games at all and stick (or stuck, since so many of them have left) to memes (and drs before them). bakerstreet can keep shrinking and keep shrinking, but hey, as long as you've got your coffeeshop au in eudio dwrp is still thriving, right?
