do any of you ever get randomly aroused in a way that you have to get off just to be comfortable? like, you maybe don't even want to, but you have to, or else the discomfort will drive you nuts.

this happens to me sometimes, often in the middle of the night. it's not horniness so much as just a weird tension in my junk that won't go away unless i masturbate. if i had a penis, i would liken it to popping annoying random unwanted boner. the tension isn't pleasurable. it's kind of like needing to pee--very annoying and uncomfortable.
