and if someone is trying to stay 'healthy', that includes eating enough to not feel like they're starving (unless that have that weird disorder that always makes them hungry). if someone is eating under a normal amount of food a day because for whatever reason, their body doesn't burn fat that easily and while someone else can either stay steady at 1000 calories a day or lose weight on it, 1000 a day has them still gaining wait and/or feeling unsatisfied because 1000 calories just isn't as much as you seem to think it is, then no, 1000 is still not healthy. if they're down to 700 to try to lose weight because you point your finger and call them a fatty mcfatty and they're feeling hungry and tired all day, but hey, it's all about trying to lose weight, right? no, that's not okay.
