here's a good example, Big Hero 6 which earned much more then twice it budget is still selling it's DVD's for 23 dollars at best buy, which means new discs are being being made and sent out. Annie 2014 however is only selling for 15 dollars at best buy, which indicts they are making discs for it in batches now.
Said DVD's were released a month from each other. One is still making money while the other flopped and is dead.
Annie was a good movie but it's basically this decade's Avatar, in a few years you won't be able to name more then two actors/actresses in it and maybe a line or two.
