they're called elf-blooded, but they're still just human. there are no elven traits, they gain nothing from their elven parent. you can try and bring up feynriel from da2 to dispute that, but bioware came out and said no, they actually fucked up on his model, he should have looked 100% human.

the mod counting up different races at the game's opening even commented on plurk that if you put "half-elf", "elf-blooded", or any variety of that, they were counting your character as human.
