I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the matter. Just because replies are screened doesn't necessarily mean no complaints were made. The anon from earlier may not have been aware of that fact when they made theirs.

It's also possible they didn't use the contact post at all. It's not the only way to get a hold of the mods.
