if I had to guess, they're someone who just got a very wrong impression about what rpa and wg are about, and rather than accepting they were incorrect, they've decided there must be a conspiracy against them. if it's not that, then it's at least a self-aware troll inspired by what happened on WG and is easily entertained by the dumbest things. both scenarios are weird, but plausible.

it's really bizarre to watch this as it unfolds. kind of fascinating, really.
