i play A and X in games and PSLs, shipping A/B and X/Y

one day none of my rp partners were on so i started a thread on my own between A and X and really enjoyed it

tidied it up and posted it as a crosscanon fanfic under an alias

it's surprisingly popular and i'm having so much fun i'm still writing it

i'm way more invested in A/X now than X/Y or A/B and i have no idea how to tell either of the people who play B and Y with me

has anything like this ever happened to anyone else and what did you do?
