if drugs weren't involved and they were both clear-headed and she presented herself as an adult and he believed her (which happens even now), she would be the one morally at fault. it's not like a guy sticks his dick in a vagina and it turns a different color if the vagina's not ripe, ffs. if a girl lies about her age (and even has id to back it up) the fault is not on the guy. it just isn't. i would say that for anyone that this happened to, celebrity or not. he shouldn't have just known. there was no way for him to just know. no one can 'just know'. she lied. end of story.
