I've been gaining a lot of weight lately. Well... over time. But I haven't lost any and I've been pretty unmotivated to work out more than I do now.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get motivated or quick little changes that eventually will add up? I'm trying to kick junk food but the holidays in my family are just people forcing sweets down your throat and I have really bad impulse control. I'm working on that, but is there anything else you guys do? Little extra work-out tips or things you eat instead of something else? I know it's dumb and simple but I'm hoping a little bit of your routines might inspire me to kick my butt into gear before I go up a pant size.
