moa's own explanation focused a lot on that and how the people saying that to her 1. are mostly americans who ignore that cousin marriage is legal in most of the world (pointing out that it's basically ignoring/attacking other cultures), 2. ignore that we don't even know if "cousins" means "biologically related" for the ghosts (or even how they'd reproduce, if they can at all) and 3. jump from fluffy art to shipping of the wants-to-see-these-characters-have-sex kind.
