Me talking about my mental illness isn't fishing for anything, and if people want to pat my ass, that's on them. If I talk about it it's to outline how fucking hard life is because it sucks and please don't pretend and shit like that.

Silence caused me to suffer. This way, I can find people who are similar, we can share coping mechanisms and we can deal with life instead of feeling isolated and stuff like that.

Suffering in silence doesn't make you a martyr or better, it just means you're suffering largely alone.
