I'd be totally okay with a no-pregnancy smut game, or like, a game where maternal leave starts during a pregnancy and native doctors or doulas take ladies in for the duration, rendering them not really in the game until after they have their kid? I guess I like the idea of a game where the NPC's have more agency. I'm not super keen on the way the gods are being fleshed out by OP at the moment but like the way that anon above approached them.
