no one's even bothering to put effort into their conspiracy theories anymore. they've been working on this game for a year, and various aspects of the game have been rocky for the better part of six months or more. and they're just doing it for the attention? that's reasonable.

they said they were going to when the game was announced but everyone conveniently forgot or pretends they don't care while feverishly trying to guess their identities

yep, they said it around when the game opened. it's probably for the best that they haven't.

Yeah, but I'd at least have liked a mod 'we've decided not to,' instead of just kicking it under the rug while tugging on their collar.

the game closing doesn't prove that the mods did it for attention. the game is something that people genuinely enjoyed playing in, regardless of its faults. plenty of people are talking about wanting to go back if it reopens. guess it's not as bad as anoncomms make it out to be, what a shocker.

there is no proof that they did it for attention. plus, people were claiming the mods only did it for attention and then abandoned it when the game started encountering difficulties. the game has had rocky patches before this one, therefore that "logic" makes no sense. if they were going to abandon ship when things started getting rough, there were worse times than this one to pick.
