I tried this and all it managed to do was make me feel desperately uncomfortable. Too much dub-con and only non/dub-con.

Some of these suggestions are pretty good!

I usually try to match my writing style a little to my RP partner. In that case, best way to get better at this is to play smut with a variety of other players. Take what you like from those experiences to cobble together what you feel's an appropriate lexicon for your come-drenched gaping shenanigans.

Don't feel shy to drop in something new every once in a while, too. The only way to discover if it fits as a part of what you want to play is to try it.

I was reading Hickman's stuff up until issue- idk, 40/41 of Avengers? And whatever issue of New Avengers was released with that one. I generally love Hickman's stuff so I figure I'll be okay with the overarching plot once I manage to get myself back into things and try to play catch up.

I tend to commission artists as it both supports 'em and makes me feel good about having a small hoard that looks more true to the character than if I were to use a PB!

The third movie wasn't exactly the best thing to come in a VHS case, but it was easily more enjoyable for me than the original Mad Max, which is a classic but by no means the ultimate cinematic experience to have to sit through (I watch it very little tbh compared to the others). Everyone harps on Tina Turner being in the movie, and yes it's silly and she's over the top, but literally the movie before we had a Friday the 13th villain dubbed Lord Humungus with a funny voice and a bloke in assless chaps who had all the acting chops of John Travolta in Battlefield Earth, making hissing noises for no reason.

This series is totally ridiculous sometimes, but intentionally and not. Tina did her part very well, and a lot of people really, really like the thunderdome scenes. I think the thing people are most hung-up on are the Peter Pan neverland kid look-a-likes, but honestly, that is really a YMMV thing to me. I thought the idea of kids stranded in a post-apocalyptic world wasn't that bad. And the action scenes in MM3 are pretty decent, imo. Also Scrooloos, classy little bastard.

So yeah I agree with you ~~but I still demand the mullet burned~~. It's not a masterpiece or anything, and Miller hadn't really had his heart in making MM3 after the death of one of his film buds who had been very involved in the Mad Max franchise, but I prefer it over the original.

But then again, Marvel is just doing its own version of Flashpoint and the DCnU. Look how well that worked out for DC.

You have your opinion and that's cool, I'm not going to link the threads I think are shit because shitting on them specifically ( i have counted four ) one by one isn't my style, but trust me when I say my problem isn't with dubcon, but with how PREVALENT it is. Sure, maybe these prompts won't turn out to be the usual pillow queen looking for drama for their precious baby, but i personally wouldn't trust that. Any prompt that has the offerer's chatacer as the center of drama is a giant red flag.

You're super defensive of this and i am guessing it's because you're fed up with this kinda complaints, and i respect that, but the reason there are these threads is because there is such an oversaturation of this stuff that it's just hard to give the benefit of the doubt to an anon to the internet.

Try the Anime Character Database, if that's the style you're looking for. You can specify hair length, eye color, etc.

i managed to get a string of consensual threads but man i had to sift through a lot of people pushing their rape kink

i had one for a while and it was incredible. all i really want is someone who is with me on all points. it feels like a lot but i see groups of people who have that all the time. alas i don't think it is meant for me.

i've got a couple. one is pretty good and the other is decent-ish, but they're more reliable and fun than the people here who play from my fandom (who are way too into themselves and pretty much all glacial flakes)

i don't mean "i can see what other people dig that, it's just not for me" kinks

i mean "that's about as sexy as a melted popsicle" kinks

personally, it's guro. i don't think people who like it are necessarily messed up, i just can't see anything sexual in it

i'm pretty sure they're the same person who constantly asks for ffxiii canonmates/psls and never follows through, too

they shouldn't but other people shouldn't have to pull the weight of every thread just because you want to hit the pillow and stay there

i also don't really understand inflation. like the extreme kind you get any time you so much as GIS a character. it's unique from fat fetish since the entire concept is that they're bloated from air/semen/water/whatever, and it's just... idk. i'm not sure how turning a character into a balloon is sexy. playing super mario world must have been a weird time for these people.

fair enough. though tbh, you're anon, you have nothing to lose by throwing others under the bus, but i understand if that leaves you sour.

I like playing guro mostly because of the extreme power/control aspect and bloodplay and the like (I usually play the torturer). It's also a good way to play an evil-type character in a sexual-ish scenario without doing tons of rape scenes with the dramatic tragic rape backstory types of characters. Playing rape scenes tends to bring out the crazy thread partners way more than guro, and I'm just not big on them anyways.

Obviously I understand why 99% of people think guro is fucking weird though.

I wouldn't say it's the game as a whole since this was a temporary plot. Not that knowing that helped much since this was still a two-month-long thing, I understand! But I'm guessing things will pick back up again after a little bit. Esp after we have a way more stable setting again like before. Either way I'd love to see some new players too.
