OP

First off, I'd like to thank you all for the suggestions thus far! They're definitely appreciated.

I can totally see why a game like this would be a tall order, as theirs numerous things to keep in check. Even if players set up the Netherworld, there'd have to be limits on how strong characters and their classes could get during a certain period of time, among other things, and said things would have to be enforced. Still, I think it has the potential for being fun. I myself would probably just stick to modding it over apping, with the exception of playing an NPC or two. Though like I said when this first came up, I wouldn't want the NPCs to get too involved. Otherwise it would limit the options of characters' plans as well as might tempt people to spend a majority of their time trying to get CR with them.

But anyway, I'm admittedly curious as to how to recruit mods. Is there any place where you can hold some kind of advertisement for modding help? Also, what questions should I ask in regards to the interviews and what not, aside from the obvious ones about "experience" and "why they think they'd be a good mod"?
