speaking of gaming culture, someone on a forum i frequent made a post asking for people to list "good" gaming news resources because apparently all of the popular news gaming sites are "in bed with corrupt individuals".

i don't follow gaming news, so i have absolutely no idea what the hell they're talking about. they won't specify, either, citing that they don't want to start a flame war. anybody have any idea what gaming news drama they could be referencing? i'm curious but i don't even know how to begin looking this up.
