I doubt that there is the kind of "good time" you're looking for, anon.

If you notice that 10 hours have passed since the previous meme, you risk of posting just before a dozen others post theirs (resulting your meme getting buried under them). If you post right after those dozen other memes, you risk of being called an idiot because you're flooding the comm.

I think it's probably more important to try to post a type of meme that hasn't been there for some time. Obviously even then there's no guarantee that somebody else doesn't just get the same ideas as you.

Sorry, you probably knew all of that already. Still, don't be discouraged and just post your meme if it's not one that we see every week anyway.
