Well, if you say so. Personally, I'd draw the line at, "Someone who I might not know or might not even be in my game got really really really mad at me because I picked up another character because I'm not having fun with my first one I should play the first one more!" But if you think you're having fun roleplaying with people you like, carry on with what you're doing.
