Have you commented to her hmd? I'm pretty sure she'd be open to taking crit. Or you could explicitly say 'hey, I'm not really comfortable tagging your character', and I think that would be ok too.

Making up a rule to exclude her character would just be very shitty, NOT that I think it would actually be done.
