I've seen a few references to full summaries and videos of SDR2 out there. Does anyone have any on hand? I don't know if I can wait for the LP to finish.

http://kuzuhiko.tumblr.com/masterlist is good for a little more lp-style summary; they're up in the middle of chapter 3 now. (and thankfully they've started updating the masterlist every time a new part goes up so that you don't have to watch every reply to every ask they get)

also if you understand japanese or korean I can get you full videos of the trials and video clips up through part of chapter 5. The anon-above-linked wiki has all the videos of the executions and deaths though.

I'm just getting into DR and I was curious - how do most of you set spoilers? I plan to throw a few on memes... but do I set spoiler warnings for canon points? What about if I apped into a game?

I just don't want to be too obnoxious about it, even if some are really hard to avoid.

well, i play one of the biggest spoiler characters in-game, and another character from end-game, but if you plan on apping one in-game set up a spoilers opt-out post.

or you can do that on the meme posts! i played a spoiler sdr2 character over at bakerstreet, from the point i was taking her from, and i did write "may contain spoilers"

it all depends on where you are taking them from really? and what character you are playing on memes. mostly, you wouldn't need to mention anything about spoilers, and if you are playing with other characters, i don't think it is necessary to bring up spoilers? not unless you are playing with other dr characters, or unless a character asks about your life. but i honestly wouldn't bring up anything about deaths, and that sort of thing, and really it isn't hard to avoid when it isn't necessary.

but if you are playing a dead character, you don't have to mention it? really, there's so many things you can do without mentioning any spoilers.

if you on the bottom of the page there are two tabs. the second tab lists DR0 and DR2 characters in games. not many right now for obvious reasons, but it's there if you want to see :)

All big fandoms with tons and tons of characters that inspire tons and tons of players are annoying. This has been true since the wee baby days of journal rp. It's just that back then the canons that swamped games in vast numbers were things like naruto.

As someone who is new to the fandom and loves it a lot, I'm sorry. :( Dangan Ronpa is literally everything I could ever have wanted in a canon, so I fell in love with it right away. I feel bad for bandwagoning, but everything about it is just so appealing to me.
