As a person who has been taken advantage of in the past by persons like Ken, and watching them walk away from the situation scott-free and all and leaving myself with a lot of issues to deal by myself for the following years to come, your decision and subsequent actions in regards to him is both upsetting and disgusting. Let's have that out of the way.
People are telling you right here and right now that no, they are not okay with this choice of yours. Of course they are players in this dressing room because they're taking their time and effort to comment here or have friends who play here. They're only doing this under anon because surprise: They don't trust you enough with their identities. Seeing what you are doing here, after all, I can't blame them. Ken will disturb the community with his very presence there due to not only his known background that he admitted himself but his shameless continuing of playing characters who have in canon abused children or plays out threads/scenarios where his character abuses children.
Let me repeat that for you: Ken admitted to being a child abuser with horrifying graphic details and, to this day, plays characters who abuse children or sexually assault them. This is enough to make people like I have their red flags raise alarm because it doesn't sound like he's changed or is trying to change but instead inflicts this on unsuspecting people. People who possibly have been through what I've been through, what Ken made others go through. No one wishes to play with anyone like that or be in a place that allows someone like that because it is downright wrong and uncomfortable to the point it will no doubt trigger certain people when they discover they just played out a non-con scene with a rl-rapist.
To expound more on the situation since it is clear you are either ignoring this part so thoroughly or are ignorant of it and wish not to educate yourself on it further: We know of Ken's status as a sexual abuser since he used this story in an attempt generate pity for himself during his days when he was still in a game. A situation arose when he was following two players and a scene happened that he did not like. He spoke of how he was triggered which brought discussion of the use of warnings. The outcome was not what he wanted so he posted the entry on how he took advantage of his siblings well until he was +13 because he wanted people to agree with him. Not out of remorse or anything like that but because he didn't get his way in a situation.
This is what sparked this situation with Ken: His selfishness, his refusal to see he did something wrong, his attempts to manipulate and use people like he has done before. He continues to do so with how he reacts to when being told to not join games or has been informed he's been preemptively banned from somewhere. He mopes about it, doesn't understand why people seem so upset with him. This is why people are disagreeing badly with your call here and in other places: He hasn't learned his lesson and, perhaps, won't in the future and no one wants to deal with such a person.
And to close this off since I'm honestly out of patience on this but wish to explain why a lot of us will not go to you to 'talk more on this':
