Lineart and color sounds good since some people like to color the art themselves too! For the lineart, just make sure to include the full size so the buyer can have it colored themselves if they want. As for expressions, I find that most icon commissions actually offer budget deals the more you order? I say take 1 USD off if they're buying three and an additional 50 cents off for each additional icon they buy after three on the colored ones. On the lineart, take a dollar off if they're buying five and an additional 50 cents off for each additional icon they buy after five colored ones. So a little like this:
Colored: One icon - base price for colored let's say it's 8USD Two icons - 16 USD Three icons - 24USD with a dollar discount so 23USD Four icons and up - 23USD plus 7.50USD for every icon after that
Line art: One icon - base price for line art let's say it's 4USD Two icons - 8USD Three icons - 12USD with a dollar discount so 11USD Four icons and up - 12USD plus 3.50USD for every icon after that
This business model entices people to buy more so you get more customers with a minimal loss to your profit margin. You're getting customers you might not otherwise have gotten since their reluctant cheapskates. Nothing draws a cheapskate in more than a discount and I speak from experience. :)
Also offering BULK DEALS would also do you good:
If they order fifteen colored, charge at a rate of 6USD each so that's 90USD.
If they order fifteen line art, charge at a rate of 3USD each that's 45USD.
That's just how I'd price things based on what I learned in marketing to draw in maximum potential customers but yeah charge what you want at your discretion. I hope this helps though!
