"Thinking homosexuals will go to hell isn't strictly homophobia"

Except it is. I'm not sure how it can be viewed any other way. Homophobia isn't just words or actions, but thoughts and beliefs, too. Is it mostly harmless? I guess so, but it's still homophobia.
