It may help to follow the suggestion one anon a few posts back had to have a thread log. That way you can see for yourself how much you are getting involved in a nice way that makes it more blatant. That also can help others see where you are so they don't miss your activity and think you are inactive because of that. One drawback to journal based is that it can be hard to find everything.

Otherwise, if you think you aren't being active enough, then do something about it and go start a new thread. Maybe even try to branch out and play with someone you've never played with before. Could be a great start to some awesome new CR.

And if after doing this for a time you still feel that way, then definitely consider taking a break at the very least. Sometimes a couple of weeks break can refresh your drive or let you see maybe things are just not working any longer.
