Uh, actually Wanda can exist in MCU. So can Pietro. Marvel said so.

Wanda and Pietro can be in the Avengers, so long as nothing about their mutant heritage is mentioned.
They can also be in the X-Men so long as nothing about them being the Avengers is mentioned.
