Okay, so... I'm not sure how to explain my exact problem, but I'll give it my best shot. :|a
I've been roleplaying for while now, but mostly in a first person journaling/"letter writing" style. I do roleplay on lj and dw and have been doing so for several years, but the style (what I'd describe as short snippets of conversations being exchanged back and forth?? idek) is still a little difficult for me. I tend to overthink my tags and try to cram too much into them when "normal" conversations (which most tags your typical lj/dw game mimic pretty well, imho) aren't really like that. The basic result is that my tags end up coming out clunky and awkwardly dense.
Anyway, not sure how much sense that made, but tl;dr how do I teach myself to write realistic conversations and not overthink my tags so much?
