Personally I don't think so? I think cliques can definitely form there, just like in every other game, but usually when I make a post people I've never had CR with before will reply and rp with me, and I've never had an issue with tagging around and getting tags back.

However, I'm only speaking from my point of view. So I'm not sure if everyone has had the same experience.
